In working with you as a Buyer, I will–

  •  Listen to your wants and needs, and learn your priorities.
  •  Help you understand the realities of the market–what your money will and won’t buy.
  •  Provide you with experts–lenders, escrow agents, home inspectors, contractors– whose job it will be to help you make good decisions as you purchase your home.
  •  Represent you in all proceedings.
  •  Counsel you on putting forth your best offer.
  •  Negotiate on your behalf in getting your offer accepted and working out repairs.
  •  Anticipate bumps along the way and work to smooth them.
  •  Followup on all steps to ensure your transaction proceeds as expected. My years of experience can offer you assurance that, while I haven’t seen it all, I have seen most of it, and figured out ways to keep moving forward. I will encourage, but not pressure you to act in a way to achieve a transaction which meets your satisfaction.

Sellers

In working with you as a Seller, I will–

  •  Discuss the process of selling in the current market
  •  Listen to what is most important to you in your sale. That may be fast time frame, convenience, the ability to stay in your home after closing, or obtaining top price.
  •  Help you prepare and stage your home so it creates the best possible impression.
  •  Provide you with experts to aid in your move–escrow, photographer, stager, contractors for repairs, movers.
  •  Represent you in all proceedings.
  •  Counsel you on evaluating any offers and preparing a counter offer if you choose.
  •  Negotiate on your behalf to work with the offer with the best chance of closing.
  •  Anticipate bumps along the way and work to smooth them.
  •  Followup on all steps to ensure your transaction proceeds as expected. My years of successful home selling will help you with your move. Ultimately, selling your home allows you to move on with your life. I appreciate that need, and am prepared to assist you in all the crucial steps to achieving that goal.

Consultation

Most of the good Realtors with experience expect their first meeting with a potential Buyer or Seller to be a form of interview, where each party is deciding if they want to work together. If the answer is, “Yes”, they then move on to the interview where they talk about the market and what the client’s needs are.

Because of my years of experience I can also offer additional service for people who may not become a Buyer or Seller I work a transaction with, but who need Real Estate advice for some issue which involves real estate.

I cannot provide legal advice, but may be able to offer just the suggestions or direction that you need to make decisions crucial to your future.
